CSMs are the main line of contact between AWPC and our customers, making customer support a critical facet and a main priority of our organization.
Our team’s goal always has been to listen to our customers, provide solutions, and to make sure our partners are completely satisfied with our overall support.
Technical Representatives serve a critical role within the Customer Support Organization, supporting the entire commercial / military customers' fleet based in North, Central, South America, and the Caribbean.
The Tech Rep team assists customers by responding to technical queries, providing remote and on-site technical support to resolve in-service issues, providing clarification on technical publications and service bulletins, filing occurrence reports, supporting the PSE Team, CSMs, Materials, and FOC departments for AOG resolution, and providing OJT support to customers when required.
The Tech Rep Team also assists the Sales department in supporting of aircraft demonstration activity in assigned geographical areas, and also supports Marketing and External Relations exhibits for all shows in Leonardo Helicopters' geographical regions2
